Dr Andrews is the Founder/Director of Mind Wise Psychology Services. She is a registered Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Neuropsychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Dr Andrews is a board (PBA) approved supervisor and provides supervision to clinical psychology registrars and professional development supervision to individuals and organisations.

Dr Andrews has been a registered psychologist for over 15 years. She has extensive experience in forensic neuropsychology (i.e. cognitive assessments) and routinely provides medicolegal reports for Queensland Courts as an expert witness, private lawyers, DPP, Legal Aid, Queensland Corrective Services including:

• Court report writer for the Queensland Mental Health Court.
• Appointed as a member of Sexual Offence Expert Evidence Panel to commence later in 2025.
• Specialised assessment and intervention services for Queensland Corrective Services.
• Presentence/mitigation reports.
• Violence risk assessment and sexual violence risk assessments.
• Fitness for trial and unsoundness of mind.

Dr Andrews has worked extensively with Queensland Corrective Services providing individual assessment and intervention with complex and high-risk offenders in custody and the community. Dr Andrews also provides a consultancy service around challenging offenders with a history of complex trauma and challenging behaviours in custody. Dr Andrews developed and provides the following education to organisations within Queensland and interstate:

• In March 2026 Dr Andrews commenced an appointment as an Assisting Clinican to the Mental Health Court of Queensland.

As a clinical psychologist Dr Andrews has a specific interest and extensive experience in assessment and treatment of complex trauma, dissociative disorders, PTSD and personality disorders. She has worked primarily with individuals presenting with trauma spectrum disorders, personality disorders, self-harm, mood disorders and anxiety disorders. Dr Andrews uses a variety of therapeutic approaches (e.g. CBT, ACT, EMDR). Dr Andrews has completed training in Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and a masterclass in Structural Dissociation Theory and parts work. Dr Andrews has also worked extensively with survivors of childhood abuse, institutional abuse and frontline emergency services workers. Unfortunately, Dr Andrews is not taking new clinical clients.

Dr Rachell Kingsbury is a Director of Mind Wise Psychology Services and a highly qualified and experienced Clinical Neuropsychologist and Clinical Psychologist who specialises in complex medicolegal and forensic assessment reports in addition to lifespan neuropsychological presentations.

Dr Kingsbury has focussed her neuropsychology in the previous decade on forensic and medicolegal assessments, reporting, and evidence in Parenting Capacity Assessments and Family Law matters, Presentence Mitigation, Doli Incapax, Diminished Responsibility, Capacity to Stand Trial, Fitness to Instruct, Soundness of Mind, Civil Administration Tribunals, Capacity to Protect and Risk Assessments, and for Insurance (PIRS, NDIS) purposes, throughout Queensland and Australia, as an Independent Expert for the associated Courts.

Dr Kingsbury thrives as a complex assessment clinician and relies upon the dual clinical and neuropsychology qualifications (Doctor of Psychology: Clinical Neuropsychology and Master of Psychology: Clinical Psychology, University of Queensland), 20-years of neuropsychological experience, her work and volunteer achievements, to provide strong and integrative formulation reports.

Her experience relies upon a strong contribution to developing two dementia services (National and regional) to improve the early detection and intervention in memory loss, support for behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD), and delirium management. This achievement included longstanding skillset in Decision Making Capacity neuropsychology and provision of education to Australian and International audiences.

Dr Kingsbury’s previous career further included project contributions in veterans of war and palliative care. She has held positions in neurorehabilition, stroke and neurology, sexual health and HIV, gender identity, veterans, PTSD, adult mental health, older persons mental health, child psychology, and school psychology and educational assessments. Dr Kingsbury continues to FIFO throughout Australia to assist colleagues and Courts with complex assessments. She offers over a decade of volunteer history in youth counselling, carer support, women’s housing, and hospice / palliative care.

Her contribution to the field of neuropsychology reflects her underlying drivers to improve service delivery. This includes Dr Kingsbury’s focus on improving Aboriginal assessment processes, affirmative consent, domestic violence, identifying female neurodivergence, twice exceptionality, adult ADHD, improved understanding of complex trauma, and recognising early attachment systems in assessment. She has achieved a Diploma in Business Management (Swinburne University), provided conference and group seminar deliveries, and continues to support colleagues through Professional Supervision and education (on request) as reflecting this.

Dr Kingsbury remains passionate about a diverse range of assessment areas inclusive of cultural inclusivity, attachment theories, parenting, domestic violence, adolescent development, juvenile offending, social psychology, and chronic traumatic encephalopathy.

Felicity is a registered psychologist with over 17 years’ experience in Queensland Health, working across chronic disease, persistent pain, residential aged care, and acute and chronic adult mental health services. She supports adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, adjustment to chronic or terminal illness, and persistent pain.

Felicity’s specific interests include working with people affected by:

Felicity has delivered individual therapy and group-based education and counselling programs for chronic pain, pulmonary rehabilitation, and cardiac rehabilitation. She takes a client-centred and trauma-informed approach, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy.

She has a strong interest in behavioural medicine and the role of physical activity in managing chronic health conditions. She is passionate about helping people build resilience, improve wellbeing, and adapt to life’s challenges. Felicity’s PhD research examined physical activity counselling for adults with chronic diseases, combining psychological support with behaviour change strategies to enhance health outcomes.

Alongside her clinical work, Felicity is a Psychology Board-approved supervisor (STAP) and has supervised postgraduate psychology students in chronic disease and adult mental health services.

Outside of work, Felicity enjoys camping in the amazing Australian outdoors, watching Formula 1 motor racing, swimming, and spending time with family and friends.

Sheeba is a clinical psychologist who currently sees individuals aged 14 years and older. She has previously worked as a psychologist at child and youth mental health services, outpatient adult mental health services, high and low security correctional facilities, inpatient forensic services and university health clinics. In these roles she has provided intervention and assessment to individuals across the lifespan.

Attachment and trauma-informed theories underpin her therapeutic work. She feels privileged to work with individuals through the therapeutic process to better understand and manage their concerns. She has a particular interest in how early life experiences affect the development of one’s sense of self and their patterns of connecting with others.

She tailors her interventions according to each person’s needs, often drawing techniques from mind- and body-centred approaches including Mentalisation-Based Treatment, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Psychodynamically-Informed Psychotherapies, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. Whilst therapeutic techniques are important, her overarching aim is to provide a healing relational experience in which difficult life events can be shared, understood and integrated.

Susan has an undergraduate degree in a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Griffith University and a Post Graduate Diploma from Queensland University of Technology. Susan has over 11 years of practice experience both provisionally and as a generally registered psychologist.

She has worked for Queensland Corrective Service with experience as a psychologist, senior psychologist, senior advisor, senior practitioner, practice lead positions and in program delivery.

Susan has knowledge of a wide range of risk management, assessment and intervention strategies for specific offending behaviours, as well as a broad knowledge of mental health presentations and treatment strategies. Susan’s style is casual and client lead with a passion to see people thrive. Susan is also a STAP approved supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia.

She has an interest in Female Autism assessment and internalised presentation of Autism in children and adults. Sarah is a registered psychologist with over a decade of experience delivering assessment and therapy services across government and non-government settings, including forensic, mental health, and alcohol and other drug services. She now applies this depth of experience to working with children and adolescents, particularly those presenting with neurodevelopmental differences, complex trauma histories, and high-risk or justice-involved behaviours.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Master of Professional Psychology and is currently completing a Master of Clinical Psychology Practice. Her work is grounded in a trauma-informed, developmentally attuned framework that recognises the interaction between neurodevelopment, attachment, environmental stressors, and behavioural expression across childhood and adolescence.

She has a strong focus on supporting children and young people with neurodiversity, including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Sarah provides comprehensive assessment and tailored intervention to address attentional regulation, executive functioning, emotional dysregulation, social communication differences, and sensory sensitivities. She works collaboratively with families and schools to develop practical strategies that enhance functioning across home, educational, and community contexts, while supporting the young person’s identity, strengths, and self-understanding.

Sarah also has strong experience working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma. She understands how trauma can manifest as behavioural dysregulation, relational difficulties, self-harm, aggression, or disengagement from learning. Her skills include also working with youth with drug and alcohol use issues. Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities adapted to developmental level and cognitive profile, with an emphasis on emotional regulation, safety, attachment repair, and resilience-building.

In addition, Sarah has experience working with juveniles within the forensic system. She has conducted structured risk assessments and provided intervention for young people involved in the justice system, including those presenting with violence, stalking behaviours, or dual harm (self-harm and harm to others). Her forensic background informs her ability to assess risk, develop safety and behaviour management plans, and support rehabilitation pathways that prioritise accountability, skill development, and reintegration. She works collaboratively with legal representatives, youth justice services, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure developmentally appropriate and proportionate responses to offending behaviour.

Sarah adopts a person-centred approach, prioritising therapeutic alliance, psychological safety, and strengths-based progression toward goals. As a board-approved supervisor with experience supporting clinicians in complex and high-risk environments, she brings a systems-informed perspective to her practice, advocating for coordinated care and sustainable supports for children, adolescents, and their families.

Michele Hunter is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), with an area of specialist practice endorsement in Clinical Psychology and in Clinical Neuropsychology. She holds the degree of Master of Psychology (Clinical Psychology) and she also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Neuropsychology from the University of Queensland.

Her previous positions have included Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar within the Rehabilitation Unit at Logan Hospital, Queensland Health, Clinical Psychologist and Psychology Professional Leader at the Adult Mental Health Service at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and Clinical Psychologist at the Acquired Brain Injury Outreach Service at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Queensland. She has experience in neuropsychological assessment of neurodevelopmental and neurological disorders in both children and adults, including acquired brain injury.

She has current experience in return-to-work and NDIS assessments. Michele has extensive experience in assessing for psycho-social, neurodevelopmental and intellectual disability. She currently practices as a Clinical Neuropsychologist and Clinical Psychologist with Mind Wise Psychology Services and at the Logan Hospital in Queensland.

Victoria currently practices as a Clinical Psychologist at Mind Wise Psychology Services, providing clinical psychological and cognitive assessments and reports. Her areas of interest and speciality in cognitive testing include older adult neurology, memory, implications of complex trauma on lifespan development, child and adolescent mental health and learning, and NDIS assessments.

Tamara is a highly experienced psychologist and educator who has been in clinical practice for over 15 years. Her practice includes a focus on psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, in areas including Autism, ADHD, giftedness, and learning challenges, as well as short-term therapy. Tamara is committed to providing service delivery that is comprehensive, practical and personalised in order to support individuals and families.

Her career began as a classroom teacher, before progressing to specialist roles in gifted education and student support at leading independent schools. She has played a pivotal role in establishing gifted education programs and has extensive experience coordinating student support and in teaching accelerated and extension classes. Tamara has also provided school-based guidance services, working with students of all ages to identify and support mental health concerns, neurodivergence, and learning difficulties.

Tamara holds multiple postgraduate qualifications, including a Master of Educational & Developmental Psychology Advanced (awarded with Distinction), Master of Education (Gifted & Talented), and Master of Education (Special Education). She is currently undertaking doctoral research in the identification of ADHD in high ability individuals. Tamara is also a Board Approved Supervisor (AHPRA).

In addition to her clinical interests, Tamara is involved in teaching tertiary psychology units and is dedicated to ongoing research and professional development. Mark is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and an associate member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA). He has completed the Master of Clinical Psychology at Griffith University. Mark has worked with clients in various private practice and government mental health settings, including Qld Health and Qld Corrective Services.

Mark has experience in treating a range of psychological issues, such as Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Addiction, Work related issues, Anger management, Phobias, OCD and Hoarding. He also has experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team to assist clients in managing symptoms related to major mental health disorders, such as Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia.

His approach is to provide a safe, non-judgemental and collaborative space to help clients work through their concerns. He uses a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach and will also tailor therapy by using other techniques that are best suited to individual clients. He also places an emphasis on helping clients understand their core values and strengths in order to bring about positive change. He would like to help clients direct their energy towards “building the new, rather than fighting the old.

Dr Zeeman is a qualified Clinical Neuropsychologist and conducts adult Medico-Legal and Clinical Neuropsychological Assessments. She has worked in the fields of Neuropsychology and Behavioural Science for over 20 years, specialising in comprehensive neuropsychology assessment to inform adult rehabilitation and recovery.

Dr Zeeman commenced her neuropsychology internship at Macquarie University Psychology Clinic and Royal Ryde Rehabilitation Centre, Sydney before securing a Clinical position at St Vincent’s Hospital, Northern Rivers with Robyn Gordon in 2000. During this time, she also worked for the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service, NSW and Lismore Base Hospital before moving to Brisbane to complete her PhD in 2004 and continue private practice. Prior to joining Mind Wise Psychology Services Dr Zeeman held the position of Professor of neurorehabilitation within the Disability and Rehabilitation Research Unit at Menzies Health Institute Queensland.

Suzi Orschulok is a an AHPRA registered Forensic Psychologist with 15-years’ experience in working with individuals engaged in forensic systems. Suzi offers extensive experience in providing clinical intervention and therapies with adult and older adult clients experiencing psychological issues and disorders relating to substance misuse and dependence, offending behaviour, anxiety and depression disorders, complex trauma (PTSD), and personality traits commonly associated with criminogenic presentations. Her specialised skill set includes interfacing with all forensic systems in Australia and her areas of psychological focus include provision of clinical psychology to clients in remand and community.

Suzi additionally offers experience in the neuropsychological assessment, clinical formulation, and preparing Single Expert Opinion reports for individuals facing criminal charges (Presentence Mitigation Reports). She is also skilled in conducting Fitness for Trial and Capacity to Instruct assessments and reports for medico-legal purposes. Suzi further assists Legal Representatives in providing Sexual Violence Risk Assessments. Her services focus on research-based recommendations aimed to reduce recidivism, as incorporating her dual experience in intervention and assessment.

She has worked across diverse settings, including mental health, disability, forensic, and community services, supporting individuals with cognitive impairments, neurodevelopmental disorders, trauma histories, and complex behavioural presentations.
Her breadth of experience across various roles has deepened her understanding of the lived experiences of those she supports, allowing her to provide empathetic, person-centred care. She has worked with high-risk and vulnerable populations, addressing mental health and behavioural challenges within multidisciplinary teams while also supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries, neurodegenerative conditions, and developmental disorders. Her work in palliative care has further strengthened her ability to provide compassionate support, ensuring dignity and quality of life remain central to care.

Jasmine integrates neuropsychological and schema-informed principles into her practice to support diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, and tailored interventions. Committed to ethical, evidence-based practice, she adapts her approach to meet individual needs while maintaining a strong focus on professional integrity and client well-being.
